
Ingredients
8oz pot of water
16oz of cheese
4oz of room temp of cream cheese
1/4 cup of sour cream
2 1/2 cups of hole Milk or Half and Half
1/2 cup of salted pasta water
Preparation
1) In a pot bring 8oz of water and 2 tablespoons of salt to a boil
2) cook the pasta of your choice to per the box instructions
3) Then take a 1/2 cup of the salted water out before you drain the pasta and set to the side
4) Then in your pot you will add 2 tablespoons of butter and your 4 oz of cream cheese and 5) 1/4 cup of sour cream and 2 1/2 cups of whole milk or half and half
6) Turn on your stove to mid low to low and keep whisking and whisking until everything is combine you will whisk for about like 20mins it is so worth it trust the process
7) Then with the heat off add all your cheese to your pot and then the heat of the milk will melt the cheese . Add the the 1/2 cup of salted water to the pot and whisk that all together until it is all combine and the sauce is nice and smooth
8) Then turn on your heat and add your Pasta back into the pot and stir all the noodles and let the noodle heat back up for like 5mins .
9) Then turn off the heat and let the pasta sit for like 10mins and thicken up once that is done it is ready to serve enjoy
