Are you a Chocolate Chip cookie lover ? I'm a girl who loves Chocolate chip cookies and I love a good one .. Ever since I was a little girl I loved baking and making cookies I would always love to make the cookies but never like the cleaning up time . When I would bake them I always wondered how they would get them so soft and not over done . As I got older I then tried one time to under cook them . When I say under cook them I'm saying like by 3 or 4 mins take the lesser time that they say on bake time on something . The reason why is because you can all ways add time but you can't take time away .. Also keep in mind after they come out of the oven you want to leave the cookies on the pan for at least 5min cause the cookie pan will be still warm so the cookies will still cook while on the pan as it cools off ...

These cookies are very big and these cookies are like a cake cookie to me and you will ask your self how do you get them this size and I will tell you it is a 1/3 cup they use to get them this size . I also used a different chocolate chip and I loved them I think they will become my new chocolate chip to use for all my cookies .. The kind of chocolate chip I used was Guittard milk chocolate chips .. This company is out CA. but you don't have to use these at all you can use a chocolate chip of your choice or chocolate chunk's of your choice .. I love this cookie dough so that you can use it for smaller size cookie size ..

Can I Pre Make the Dough ?

Yes feel free to make the Dough and if you don't want to make all the cookies at once only cook off the amount you want .. You can all so make the dough and make the cookies your size you want to make them . You don't have to make them the size that is shown in the Pic .

Ingredients :

1 1/2 cups of butter softened

3/4 cups of granulated Sugar

1 1/2 cups of brown sugar

2 eggs

1 1/2 Tablespoons Vanilla

4 1/2 cups of all purpose flour

2 Teaspoons baking soda

1 Teaspoons baking powder

1 Teaspoons salt

2 Cups of Guittard Milk Chocolate chips

Instructions :

1). Pre heat your oven to 375

2). cream your butter and sugar and brown sugar together . Let all that cream together for about 3 mins .. you just want the mixture to be nice and fluffy .

3). Add your eggs one at a time and before you add your next one make sure it is all the way mixed in before you add your next egg .

4). Add in your dry mixture into your wet ingredients . I add half at a time and before I add the other half I make sure the dry ingredients are all mixed in but don't over mix the dry ingredients either

5). fold in your chocolate chips into the dough . I will fold them into my dough by hand so the dough is not over mixed

6). if you want your cookies to be as the shape as crumbl cookies then use a 1/3 cup of the dough and then you want to roll it into a ball. Once you have done that then I push the dough down and make it look like a hockey puck shape . I would only put 6 on a cookie sheet if you are looking to make them the size of crumbl cookies ..

7). Bake your cookies for about 12 mins if they don't look done I would go up to 15mins but nothing over that or the cookies will be over cooked ..

8). After you take the cookies out of the oven leave the cookies on the cookie sheet for about 20 mins so one the cookie will keep cooking and also the cookie will cool down and not fall apart ..

9). Once the cookie has sat for at least 20 mins then move the cookies on to a wire rack and let them cool some more and then serve ...
