Who loves Olive Garden I know I do . My all time Favorite every time I go out to eat at Olive Garden it is the same that I get all the time . As I started to fall in love with baking and cooking I knew I had to find away to make this sauce at home . I use this sauce for a lot of different pasta dishes . It is simple to make and I bet most of you have all the ingredients right at home . I thought making a sauce was so hard and I could never make something like this .

Ingredients :

6 Tablespoons of a good Salted Butter ( I use Kerrygold but you don't have to use it any type of Salted butter works just fine

1 Tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 Tablespoons of flour

1 1/4 cups of heavy whipping cream

1 1/2 cups of milk

1 cup of parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

1). Take your 6 Tablespoons of salted butter and melt that in your pan . once that is all melted I add my 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and let that cook for a 1min or less to just get that garlic smell going .

2). Once your butter is all melted and your garlic is been cooking for a 1min or less I then add my 2 Tablespoons of flour ( let the flour cook out a little once adding it make sure it is all added and mixed in )

3). add your heavy whipping cream to the butter and flour mixture you have going you need to whisk it all together so you don't have any lumps at all and it is nice and smooth ..

4). Then add your milk you can use any type of milk I have used 2% I also have used whole milk . The difference will be how thick do you want your sauce to be

5). Let your sauce cook for at least 5 to 10 mins so it will become nice and thick if you think it is too thick then you can add some more milk to it to thin it out .

6). Right before you are ready to serve your pasta dish or what ever you are going to use this sauce for add your 1 cup of parmesan cheese to your sauce . Make sure you stir in the cheese very good so your sauce will not have lumps in your sauce . Then add your salt at the end .

7). Enjoy!
